Personal background

Founded, Co-Founded, and Directed companies my entire professional life. Worked mostly on B2B2 / B2B2C focused roles that allowed me to help 100+ companies in their struggles and through their growth.

I started my first business in 1998 though I have never considered myself a mere entrepreneur. In fact, it was quite difficult for me to define where my passion was until recently...

I cannot say what but something clicked inside me while I was trying to define myself to a complete stranger in a lost beach in Costa Rica.

Realizing that solving problems is what truly makes wake up every day was my (late) eureka! moment.

Not that I had planned it but my programming and design background, along with the roles I played during the last decades, took my critical thinking skills to a business level.

On top of that, being able to dig into different companies, structures, and methodologies, gave me the confidence to identify behavioral patterns to boost productivity.

I certainly cannot understand niche-specific issues or complex industrial processes, though I have learned to trigger the answers from those who might be too deep in their areas to see the big picture.

Last but not least, not only do I enjoy helping companies, and organizations grow, but also people. That's why I have been teaching web design and programming at ORT University for the past few years. It also helps me keep up to date with trends, technology, and (why not?) recruiting.
